After a successful career in corporate and academic spheres, Purnima turned her focus to entrepreneurship. Today, she owns and operates her own real estate business, actively acquiring, holding, and innovating alternate uses of commercial real estate nationwide. Licensed in California and now based between Chicago, Massachusetts, and Washington, D.C., she leads the expansion and acquisitions team at IndusPAD, a disruptive market leader in commercial real estate recognized for its socio-economic impact on the communities it invests in.

Purnima is a trained and experienced professional in real estate investment, investor relations, asset evaluation, market feasibility studies, and contract execution. She thrives on being hands-on in property acquisitions and management.
