Braveheart Capital was founded by Jitender Makkar, a designer-turned- developer whose journey from adversity to achievement shaped a unique real- estate philosophy — revive, repurpose, and reimagine. What began as a single turnaround project that went from $5.9M acquisition cost and $10M of improvements to being valued at $65M in 4 years, became a story that has evolved into IndusPAD International, a multi-state portfolio exceeding 3 million square feet and valued at $220 million which will reach its true potential of $375M with a $60M investment.
